PURINA PET CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility and Membership

You are eligible to join the Purina Pet Club (the “Club”) if you fulfil the following conditions:
a. You must be a Singapore Citizen or permanent resident with a valid Singapore contact number or email address;
b. You must have given your consent to receive promotional and marketing material from Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“Nestlé”) for products or promotional updates via the modes you have opted in during registration in order to enjoy full member privileges.
c. Corporate bodies, partnerships, trade associations and other commercial bodies are eligible for membership. However,only one membership is available per person. Joint or family membership is not available. Persons under 18 years of age are excluded.

By signing up for the Club, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall also apply in relation to any personal data provided by you to us in connection with the Club

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in Nestlé’s sole discretion. Any changes made will be reflected on the Club website at www.purina.com.sg (“Website”). By your continued participation in the Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. We may also notify you and seek your acknowledgement or consent in other ways in the event of material changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Use of Your Personal Data

You represent and warrant that all personal data and other information or data provided about yourself in the registration form are true, current, accurate and complete.

YOU AGREE that Nestlé and its related corporations, affiliated corporations and business units and service providers (collectively “we”, “our” or “us”) may collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:
a. to provide you with products and services;
b. for administrative and consumer service purposes, including responding to your inquiries
c. to carry out consumer research and promotional and marketing activities;
d. to send out marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communications and promotional materials (including materials relating to current or prospective products that are manufactured, marketed or sold by NESTLÉ and its affiliates, service providers and commercial partners) to you relating to the Purina Pet Club via the modes you have opted in to during registration or in any other consents given by you;
e.to verify if you qualify for our membership, promotions or contests which you may participate in from time to time; and
f. to provide you with benefits of our membership, promotions or contests which you may participate in from time to time;
g. to analyse your preferences and habits, anticipate your needs based on our analysis of your profile, and improve and personalise your experience on our Website.
We may share your personal data amongst ourselves for administrative purposes. We may also share your personal data to third parties supporting our administrative and business functions. In some cases, this involves the storage, use, disclosure or other processing, or transfer of your personal data out of Singapore. We may also share your personal data with third parties to carry out cross-promotion and targeted advertising for us.

Membership Benefits

The benefits available to you under the Club (“Benefits”) may include, but are not limited to:
a. Receiving personalised newsletters based on your product preferences and interests;
b. Receiving updates from Nestlé campaigns and upcoming promotions;
c. Product sampling on selected Nestlé product launches or campaigns;
d. Exclusive sales and packages. The Club may, from time to time, provide exclusive offers for purchase of Nestlé products. Such exclusive sales are valid for a limited time only and subject to availability (while stocks last), and are organised at the sole discretion of the Club;
e. Early access to online or offline events hosted by Nestlé and any of its brands. Events are subject to availability; and
f. Access to Health and Recipe articles from Nestlé brands on the Club website.

The Benefits provided to you under your membership are subject to the type and completeness of personal data that you have provided to us. You may not be provided with certain Benefits, and Benefits provided to you may not be personalised, if you have not given us the information required to provide you with the Benefit, such as your brand preferences.

All Benefits provided under your membership are provided on an “as is” basis and are non-transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Benefits are subject to availability and made available on a “while stocks last” basis. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties and representations in connection with the Benefits are expressly excluded.

Any vouchers or services offered by third parties under your membership Benefits are subject to such third party’s terms and conditions. Nestlé shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purposes or any other aspect of the product and/or services provided by any third parties. Nestlé shall at all times, not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered by you or any other person arising out of or in connection with the products or services offered by third parties.
General

To the extent permitted by law, Nestlé shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or by any other person in respect of or in connection with your participation in the Club. You shall completely release and indemnify Nestlé from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you or any other person in connection with your participation in the Club, including but not limited to, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, and property theft.

Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with the Club and any of the Benefits is the property of their respective owners.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law, and you agree to submit any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Nestlé’s decisions on all matters relating to the Club are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
